Redragon Pakistan offers warranties on their gaming products, covering manufacturing defects and internal failures for varying periods depending on the product type. To make a claim, you need to provide proof of purchase and contact their support team. Accidental damage and unauthorized repairs aren't covered. Shipping costs are covered by Redragon within the first 30 days of purchase; after that, customers are responsible for sending the product in, but Redragon will cover the return shipping. Covered: Any genuine manufacturing defect. In simple terms: if your mouse, keyboard, headset, or any Redragon gadget arrived DOA (Dead on Arrival) or stops working under normal use.
Not Covered: We can’t cover battle damage or DIY mods. Dropped your gear, spilled soda on it, or tried to hack into its hardware? That’s on you. Any physical abuse, burns, or unauthorized tinkering voids the warranty. Normal wear-and-tear (like faded keys or worn-out buttons) isn’t covered, and we won’t accept returns just because you changed your mind – only genuine defects qualify.
Keep Your Receipt – This is your golden ticket. Hang onto that invoice as proof of purchase.
Contact Official Support – Reach out to Redragon' s authorized service center in Pakistan. Give them a clear description or photo of the issue so they can help ASAP.
Prepare Your Package – Pack the gear in its original box with all accessories and cables if possible.
Ship It In – Send the unit to the service center. Heads-up: normally, you cover shipping both ways. (We recommend using tracked shipping – peace of mind while it’s on the move.)
Turnaround Time – Once it arrives, the tech wizards usually take 5–15 business days to repair or replace your gear. Sit tight, and we’ll get it sorted.
We’re all about fairness. If we can’t swap in a replacement, we’ll refund you instead.
Note: inspect your package on delivery. If it’s DOA, let us know right away.
Usually: You pay shipping to send in the unit, and we cover the courier back to you.
If it was faulty on arrival: Good news – we’ll cover shipping costs up to the original amount we charged you. If your order had free shipping, we’ll still cover Rs. 200 for your return shipping, and we’ll take care of sending the replacement unit to your door.
This special Redragon Pakistan warranty is just for you, the original person who bought the product. It can’t be transferred or passed on to someone else if you decide to sell or give away your gear.

Is my Redragon product under warranty?
If you bought it from an authorized Redragon Pakistan seller and have your receipt, you’re covered! Just check the warranty period for your product type (keyboards = 3 months, monitors = 1 year, etc.).
What if I lost my receipt, now what?
Unfortunately, without proof of purchase, we can’t process a warranty claim. Always keep your invoice safe—screenshot it, print it, whatever works for you.
Does the warranty cover accidental damage (like drops or spills)?
Nope. Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects. If your cat knocked your headset off the table or you spilled chai on your keyboard… that’s not on us.
How long will it take to get a replacement or fix?
Once we receive your product, it usually takes 5 to 15 business days to inspect and process your warranty claim. We’ll keep you posted!
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Can someone else claim the warranty if I sell the product?
Nope. The warranty is non-transferable. It only applies to the original buyer with proof of purchase.
Can I upgrade during a warranty claim?
Not directly through the warranty. BUT — if we don’t have your exact model in stock, we’ll try to hook you up with a similar or even better replacement.
